  2. Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Why IP? • IP or “Internet Protocol” is a method for sending data from one device to another over the Internet. IP transactions are faster and more reliable than dial-up transactions. • Line speeds – IP networks transmit at 100 Mbps VS phone lines at 24 Kbps. • Connections – Phone modems require an end-to-end connection to be established before you can begin transmitting VS IP where a dedicated point-to-point connection is not needed to begin transmitting data. • Baud Rate – Modems are limited by the rate at which they can send and receive data. For payments, this rate is usually 2400 bps (10% of the phone line speed).

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry What You Need to Ask • Do you have a high-speed connection now? – Client will need to procure their own high-speed connection – DSL or Cable – no special requirements but a multi-port modem is recommended. • What processors are you using? – This is the same as when they order their OPW Petro Vend hardware. • NOTE: If processing credit cards, have client fill out an Abierto Credit Application and provide the following for each site: • Site Name • Site Physical Address • Site Hardware – Petro Vend • Site Contact Name, Phone Number and Email

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Easy to Sell – It’s All in the Box • Fleet Card Model – Configured for CFN, TCH, T-Chek™, and FuelMan® • NBS Model – Configured for NBS Credit, and all supported fleet cards • Paymentech™ Model – Configured for Paymentech™ and all supported fleet cards • Each OPW IP Authorization Gateway ships fully configured for ease of installation along with two cables for converting outbound transactions and inbound calls. • Instructions for installation are in the box. • OPW Help Desk will support the installation with back-up support from Abierto Networks and EchoSat Communications.

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Easy to Sell – Costs • Hardware Cost - The OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateway will be sold along with the two required cables to connect to the Petro Vend system. There will be a single cost associated with the hardware and cables. • Set-up Fees - These only apply to OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateways for credit card processing. The client will be charged a one-time $55.00 Account Configuration and Set-up fee per site. • Monthly Costs - These only apply to OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateways for NBS Credit Card processing. The client will be charged $34.95 per month/per site for Secure SSL Encrypted transport of the Credit Card transactions. This fee also includes a 24/7/365 help desk and monitoring service for the Credit Cards.

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Easy to Order – Follow These Steps • Based on the Client’s processors, be sure to order the correct OPW part number when you order the OPW Petro Vend FSC3000™ unit: • Fleet Card Model – Configured for CFN, TCH, T-Chek™ – #20-6000 • NBS Model – Configured for NBS Credit and supported fleet cards – #20-6001 • Paymentech™ Model – Configured for Paymentech™ and supported fleet cards – #20-6002 • Collect the following for each site: • Site Name • Site Physical Address • Site Hardware • Site Contact Name, Phone Number and Email NOTE: If processing credit cards, have client fill out an Abierto Credit Application

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry The Installation Manual • BEFORE THE CLIENT INSTALLS, THEY MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! • All OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateways are shipped with a set of printed instructions. Verify that the installation tech has a copy of these instructions. • The Instruction Manual covers pre-installation as well as installation steps. You may email a copy of the instructions to any technician who needs them. NOTE: There are 2 different manuals – 1 for the Fleet Model installation and1 for the Bank Card Model installation.

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Easy to Install – Follow These Steps • Open box and locate the printed Installation Manual - read and complete pre-installation steps prior to going onsite for installation. • Collect required items – Ethernet Cables, Laptop, etc. • Set-up Port Forwarding at Site. • If a credit processing site, have client approve EchoSat account. • Locate the OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateway, power supply components, and two OPW Cables. • Using a client supplied Ethernet (CAT-5) Cable, connect the IP Authorization Gateway to the Internet connection at the site. • Connect the Power Supply and plug it in – the status light should slowly flash green (1 blink per second).

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Easy to Install – Follow These Steps (continued) • Connect the two OPW Cables to the Petro Vend (COM Ports 1 and 5) • Connect the cable from COM Port 5 to POS Serial 1 (top) on the IP Authorization Gateway. • Connect the cable from COM Port 1 to POS Serial 2 (bottom) on the IP Authorization Gateway. • Connect a shared telephone line to the “Line” port on the IP Authorization Gateway • Run a “test” transaction for each card type supported by the site that you are installing at. • If problems, call OPW Help desk. OPW Help desk will conference in Abierto or EchoSat as necessary.

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Warranty – Covered or Not Covered? • NOTE: It is highly recommended that the OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateway be plugged into a surge protector! • Each OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateway will ship with a copy of the warranty. • Items COVERED: • RED lights – If there is a RED light on any LED on the unit, this typically indicates a warranty covered failure. • Mechanical Defects

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Warranty – Covered or Not Covered? • NOTE: It is highly recommended that the OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateway be plugged into a surge protector! • Each OPW Petro Vend IP Authorization Gateway will ship with a copy of the warranty. • Items NOT Covered: • Electrical Surges • Lightning Strikes • Liquid Spills – Please choose your installation location wisely! • Damage due to dropped, misused, or abused hardware

Digital Solutions for the Petroleum Industry Warranty – What to Do? • If you suspect a warranty replacement is necessary, contact OPW (Customer Service) with the following information to obtain an RMA: • Name of Site • Physical Site Address and Shipping Address for replacement unit • Model Number – 7522 • Serial Number – found on bottom of unit • Full MAC Address – found on bottom of unit: 00:80:44:xx:xx:xx • A detailed description of the suspected warranty issue including all troubleshooting steps performed while attempting to remedy the issue
