Mrs. Fairrel’s First Grade

This week in Mrs. Farrel’s first grade, there are no spelling words or homework assigned. Our focus in reading will cover key concepts along with math, where we explore addition and subtraction with larger numbers. In grammar, we will learn about using "was" and "were." Students will write research reports in writing and study National Parks in science/social studies. Please remember not to send items that might upset your child if lost, particularly jewelry. We have an aquarium field trip scheduled for April 20th, so ensure to pack a labeled lunch!
