Additionally, Business Email helps increase a company's name recognition, since their contacts receive messages from you@yourcompany.com, and they will reply to you@yourcompany.com. • By choosing to out source their business email a customer gains many benefits: • Save time and administrative costs • Save money — no need to incur extra costs for new hardware and software • Grow as their business grows through the scalability of outsourced email • Access their account wherever they are, whenever they need, through any Web browser via WebMail

All Business Email packages include: Account Manager • A convenient, Web-based interface to access and manage Business Email accounts. The Account Manager allows a customer to manage users, manage distribution lists, set up autoresponders, initiate message forwarding, preview invoices and perform other administrative tasks. Technical Support • Business Email offers customer support Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Customers can email us for advice. Web HostingIncludes Business Email • Web Hosting is perfect for small- to medium-sized businesses that want to have a Web site but don't want to make a large investment in equipment or expertise. ZoomTown takes care of storing and allowing a customer to publish their Web site on the Internet. Web Hosting helps your customer’s company save money because they don't have to buy hardware and software. It also helps save time by eliminating daily monitoring and maintenance.

  7. Web Hosting Features • Web Hosting offers a full range of features that make hosting your Web site with us easy. All Hosting packages include: Account Manager • A convenient, Web-based interface to access and manage hosting and email accounts. The Account Manager allows customers to manage users, manage distribution lists, set up auto-responders, initiate message forwarding, and other administrative tasks. Disk Space and Transfer Space • Web Hosting offers several levels of disk space and transfer space for a customer’s Web site, so they only pay for what they need. As their Web site functionality grows and online activity increases, the customer can increase their disk space and transfer space accordingly.

  8. Web Hosting Features Email Boxes • Hosting includes a certain number of 100 MB email boxes, depending on the service level selected. The email boxes use the company's domain name (the same name as their Web site), and are in addition to the free administrative (postmaster) email account. Order Process • The customer must first have a domain name to use. • Once they have their domain name, the customer can order the service online at www.cincinnatibell.com. • You can find the order form in the Business section under Data and Internet and place the order for the customer, as well. • Be sure to include your sales code on the form to ensure you are credited for the sale! • Once the order is submitted, our Hosting & Email team will receive the order electronically. This will automatically start some provisioning on our side.

  13. Order Process • Instructions are sent to the customer regarding how to upload their website and create their email addresses. • If the customer is currently using another provider for hosting or email, the Hosting & Email team will recognize this and will also contact the customer on the next steps. • This involves the customer contacting the company with whom they registered their domain, informing them that they are switching from their current provider to Cincinnati Bell, and change their DNS. • The customer is asked to make this change so that the company with whom they registered their domain with can authenticate the request. • IMPORTANT NOTE! - The customer can email webmaster@fuse.net at any time for assistance or call 1-800-FuseNet (387-3638) for technical support.
