COPS

This interface allows users to upload and manage data sets from the COPS/GOP/D-PHASE project. It provides support for user administration, data validation, assimilation products, gridded data, and maintenance of the long-term archive.

Aufbau, Konsolidierung, Erweiterung des gemeinsamen Datenarchivs • Ambitionierte Ziele des gemeinsamen Archivs erfordern: • umfangreiche Absprachen zur Einigung auf einheitliches • Datenformat, Datenstruktur • aufwendige Einzelbetreuung bei Formatumwandlung, • Upload und Metadatenbeschreibung • Diese Koordinierungsaufgaben werden mit Blick auf die zukünftigen • Datennutzer durchgeführt und erweisen sich als unerlässlich

  4. Wichtig für PQP3: • Datenprodukte sollten rechtzeitig angekündigt und in ihrer Struktur • koordiniert werden • -> gemeinsame Absprachen auf Projekttreffen; frühzeitig! • -> Wer liefert was? Wer benötigt was? • -> In welcher Form? Welche Standards? • Unterstützung beim Datenzugang und –transfer werden angeboten • IOP-orientierter Zugriff wird zusammen mit DWD organisiert • Alle Anfragen zur Datenarchivierung / Datenzugriff an • cops@zmaw.de
