  2. THE BEGINNING “F A C”Ltd.was registered in December 2006. The company started its activity in the beginning of March 2007 and since then has been operating in its new office in the center of Sofia, Petko Karavelov Str. In April 2007 the new office was thoroughly repaired and totally equipped with office equipment, a laptop, PC configuration, software, a printer, a multifunctional device, an accounting software and other long-term assets that provide the normal activity of the company.

CLIENTS The first contract has been signed in April with NCH – Bulgaria – a representative for NCH which is a producer of specific detergents in the food and beverage industry and the heavy industry. Then, in June 2007, another client – “3 MAT” Ltd. signed a contract with the company. “3 MAT” Ltd. imports professional kitchen knives from Germany that are used mostly in the restaurant and hotel business. The fact that I registered the company myself in 2006 and my knowledge about the necessary documents, procedures, other requirements for registering a company. Not long after that I helped a couple of other people to register their companies as well. This is how the idea of offering such services occurred to me.

  5. THE CHALLENGES At the end of August and the beginning of September the company started negotiations with another potential client. The company`s name is Paladin Property Development and required short-term services of maximum one year. At the same time Piraeus Bank Bulgaria offered me a job at the position of a credit expert. As I didn`t manage to hire the appropriate for the position in my company personnel and the lack of time, I couldn`t conclude the bargain with PPD.

  6. 2008What is coming In January 2008 “F A C” Ltd. signed a contract with a new client that is of great importance for the company. The connections with this client was through another client which proves that all clients of “F A C” are pleased with its services. Regarding the assuagement of the work and to facilitate the work of the company in general and our clients, I am working on the introduction of electronic signature. The purpose is to simplify the work and time of my employees and my clients as well.
