  1. The League of Extraordinary Fishermen Closing Ceremony 2007

  2. When done correctly, bass fishing is as much an art form as it is science. In the real world, Bass fishing is an artful balancing act whereby the successful angler must overcome the limitations of his tackle and demands on his time to find, hook ,and land a wily and elusive foe.

  3. In 2007, a league was born to celebrate a dedicated group of anglers who practice their art in the waters of the Commonwealth. The League of Extraordinary Fishermen is a testament to the skill and devotion of these men, who sought and conquered bass in all corners of the state. Congratulations to every man in this room, for your noble exploits have been recorded on the internets and your legacy shall live on forever.

  4. LEF 2007 Statistics • Highest Total Score: • Boomer: 20.19 lbs • Kaptain Kidd: 15.23 lbs • El Pescador: 12.41 lbs • Most Tournament Fish Logged: • Boomer: 19 entries • Kaptain Kidd: 15 entries • The Gates Keeper: 11 entries • Largest Bass Caught: • Perch Slayer: 5.84 lbs • Boomer: 4.61 lbs (twice) • Frank: 3.96 lbs

  5. LEF Issues: • Rules Adherence: It should be clear to all now that rules are rules, and bass that aren’t documented properly are not tournament eligible. • Chat Room: Would be useful for LEF communication and fishing trip organizing. • File Size: LEF site loads slowly due to massive size of 5 megapixel photos. • Logo: A great league needs a great logo. • Other Issues?
