  3. halFILE Database Validator • Identify invalid table codes • Identify documents without images • Instrument_type not in (‘PRO’,’DIV’,’TS’,’BKR’) • Clerk_number between ’96-00001’ and ’97-00001’ • Date_filed between ‘1/1/2007’ and ’12/31/2007’ • Special book/page version is available • First document: Book: 2625 Page: 1 • Second document: Book: 2625 Page: 5 • Checks that first document has 4 pages

  4. DBFix32 • Remove leading zeros • Remove commas • Remove leading spaces • Remove spaces • Remove dashes • Remove double spaces • Replace values
