POSTAL • List Rental part of Subscriptions and Circulation Dept • Data collected via subscription forms, competitions in magazines • ALWAYS an opt-out box for postal data on every form and under 18 box • Data MPS cleaned on a quarterly basis by our bureau, Customer Interface • All goneaways returned and taken off as and when received • Clean and accurate data our main priority! EMAIL • Email data results of Dennis Interactive activity and held at Widearea our siteshost and third party bulk mailer • Users to websites asked to register and then can opt-in for newsletters, Dennis offers, third party offers • ALWAYS an opt-in box for email data • Automatic unsubscribe link on every emailshot • Mailed weekly by Dennis, so very clean

  6. What is available to brokers? POSTAL • All postal data, regardless of origin, is sent to subscription bureau • Every form checked and manually inputted onto the system according to status (i.e.. Are they an active subscriber or a competition entrant?). • At the same time, they are flagged as either non-mailable, mailable, or mailable and saleable (i.e. Have they opted-out of receiving third party offers?). • List Rental can only sell those records that are mailable and saleable. (i.e. Haven’t opted-out of third party offers). EMAIL • Every registered user is asked whether they wish to receive third party offers. Only these are available for rental. • Each email sent out has an automatic unsubscribe link, which is effective immediately • All emailshots are clear and up-front as to why the person has received that message
