Updates on CDM Training and Operations Support: June 2001 Meeting Insights

The June 5, 2001, CDM A&D Meeting summarized recent airline FSM training outcomes, with two sessions held in 2001—March 27-28 and May 22-23—attended by 38 participants from 18 carriers.   2. Recent Airline FSM Training • Two sessions held in 2001 • March 27 –28 • May 22-23 • 38 attendees • 35 airline participants from 18 carriers • 3 other participants • 100 participants from 34 carriers trained since beginning of Open Season Training 18 months ago.

  3. Upcoming Airline Training • July 10-11 • September 11-12 • One additional session in 2001 – date TBD

  4. Registration Process • Sign-up on FAA public web page: • www.fly.faa.gov/FSM/fsm.html • Wait for confirmation call from ATA reps • Enrollment is limited and • Demand is High, so: • Let ATA reps know ASAP if you need to CNX attend so they can fill all open slots with SUBs from the waiting list. • Selection Criteria is being discussed for overbooked classes
