Chick “N” Tenders Seasoned Fish Fry Batter has a unique blend of flour and seasoning to give your fried fish the perfect Southern taste and texture your customers will love. Two 5# bags Net Weight 10 LBS Product #________________+ • Cooking Instructions: • Place 5 to 6 cups of fish fry in container. • Place thawed fish in a container, cover with tap water. Keep refrigerated until use. • Remove fish from water with one hand and place in fish fry. • Coat Fish using other dry hand and place in basket in hanger position. • Fill basket half full and then drop in oil. • Fry for 6 minutes after fish floats or until golden brown. A good way to tell if fish is done is to pick up one end of the fillet with tongs. If it breaks apart, fry it longer until you can pick up one end without it falling apart. • After frying, drain fish and place in holding area. Do not allow fish to stack up, as breading will become soft. Allow it to steam off by scattering and letting out excess heat escape. Other great frying tips Do not bread product before ready to fry. Clean Fryer and filter daily. Change oil when product becomes too greasy or has burnt taste.
