Their headquarters is located in Redwood City, CA with manufacturing facilities in Phoenix, AZ and Charlotte, NC. 2011 – Shutterfly buys privately held card design company Tiny Prints for $333 million cash and stocks. March 2012 – Shutterfly buys Kodak’s online photo services business for $23.8 million. Kodak Gallery has more than 75 million users.
