  2. Champions’ • The award was given for partnership working between the jointly funded street life officers, CRI (Crime Reduction Initiatives) Cambridge Street Outreach Team and Cambridge City Council to address rough sleeping and street based anti social behaviour related to homelessness.

Information Sharing • Information sharing protocol (all agencies) • Information sharing meetings • Task and Target (Monthly) • Allocation and Resettlement (Weekly) • Reconnections Forum (Fortnightly) • Health meeting (Weekly) • Add hoc information sharing between the street life officers and Voluntary sector

Police comment A vested interest in shared goals leads to an intelligent targeted use of information, CRI comment Both parties maintain a sensitive and intelligent approach in information sharing. The Street Life Officers do not site the Street Outreach team as having provided any information relating to clients.

  8. Useful Documents CD • Each pack contains a guide to how we work and a CD with a number of useful documents on it, that should enable local authorities to put into place some of the strategies used in Cambridge.
