11. Comps All Comps will print automatically and require a reason such as owner comp, walk out, or cashier comp. The type comp is decided at close out. If the entire sale or tab is a comp simply put 0 for the amt tendered and the comp screen will appear. If the tab is $25.00 and you want to comp $5.00…..Enter $20.00 amount tendered and the comp screen will appear for the $5.00 balance. 10 sec transition –or- click to advance

17. Programming Programming requires that you have the proper security level. (Some can program all, some can change prices only, some can program people only, etc) There are 7 levels for time pricing. You may add or subtract amounts by the time of day and also select which days of the week it applies to. Reports Lounge Manager’s Database is written in Microsoft Access therefore I can write any desired report and in addition I can write export routines to other programs such as Excel or any database. I have found that most business want the information their way and because of the data structure it is not a big problem. The reports that come with Lounge Manager are basic and generic. Anyone with MS access knowledge can easily create their own reports. The Following are report examples
