The project objective is to strengthen the quality, relevance and European perspective of adult education in the field of global education and learning practices through European cooperation and exchange. 1.   14. a mobility project consists of the following stages:- Preparation including practical arrangements, selection of participants, set up of agreements with partnersand participants, linguistic/intercultural/task-related preparation of participants before departure Strengthening global awareness in the local communities - Kolping 2020 Strategy

  15. a mobility project consists of the following stages:- Implementation of the mobility activities-- confirmation of participation (participant’s certificate), which is issued by the host organization with the following information (first name and surname of the participant, the date of the meeting, the topic of the meeting / destination of the trip, stamp and the signature of the person responsible)– for every partner and every participants -- list of participants of the meeting – for every partner Strengthening global awareness in the local communities - Kolping 2020 Strategy

Expected results: • guide for trainers available to all - Open Educational Resources (OER) • new or newly conceptualised ideas for global education programs • Strategy 2015-2020 – innovative practice within global education a statement that will ensure long-term activities. Preparation activities (already achieved): • Selection of the partner coordinator and contact person in every country • Proposed and selected one topic for international workshops • Dividing responsibilities All institutions organise one transnational meeting apiece, for which they decide on the content and locations • Agreement on project structure, language and role of every organization Strengthening global awareness in the local communities - Kolping 2020 Strategy

Planned preparation activities by all organisations: • Informing the national boards and staff in every country • Building a small team responsible for communication (internal and external) and the project management in every country and confirming other partners about contact person and contact details. • Identifying all relevant stakeholder and inform / include them (like local/regional authorities, other organizations dealing with the topic) • Informing on the homepage and in newsletter about the project • Informing local communities and local associations - Kolping families (local ngos) Strengthening global awareness in the local communities - Kolping 2020 Strategy
