  2. Determining Trader Personality • There are a multitude of ways to trade the market both short and long term, markets involved, specific strategies, hedging, pair trading, option spreads, and many more ways.

  3. Determining Trader Personality • One general way to decide this is to figure out how patient you are as a trader. Some traders like short term over minutes to hours as there are many opportunities during the course of the day.

  4. Determining Trader Personality • Other traders/investors cannot make short term decisions and will prefer a long term outlook. However, having trades over a longer duration requires a trader to have a larger risk threshold.
