  3. Circuit Subsections Micro: MC9S12NE64 SPI: 1 SCI: 2 Ethernet 25 MHz (for Ethernet), 3.3V SPI (LCD, USB Controller) Micro acting as master with the devices acting as slaves Low-speed for LCD (~18 kHz) High-speed for USB (~12.5 MHz) Level translator for LCD (3.3V to 5V)

  4. Circuit Subsections SCI (RS-232: Scale, Card Reader, Debug) Using MAX3233 RS-232 Level Translator Two ports, using one for both Card Reader (input) and Debug (output) Ethernet Allow access from LAN Using Bel Fuse 0812-1X1T-36 RJ-45 w/ 2 USBA Keypad Software Driven

  5. Circuit Subsections USB (Blood Pressure) Using MAX3421E USB Host/Peripheral Controller with SPI Control Connection comes through Ethernet jack Power Supply 3.3V, 5V Using Linear Regulators Scale and Blood Pressure can be battery powered, or we can provide 9V and 6V respectively
