  4. You have no belongings? You are ill? You don’t know Glasgow? You can’t get a van ? You don’t understand much English ? You have no money? You have no family / friends? You don’t know where to start?

  5. Why? • Lack of furniture / condition of house - key reason for tenancy breakdown • People being given a set of keys with nothing else • Arrears at early stage of tenancy / unable to move in • Increasingly vulnerable referrals to Fab Pad

  6. Our approach • What person wants and needs as starting point • Things to happen faster • Help with all aspects of making a home at the same time • Practical help • Flexible cash / in kind support
