  3. Entry if not infested Notification of importer (by field staff)/country (by Program staff) Dunnage: Held in a closed bin for inspection. At larger ports, port offices authorize movement for disposal. Treatment/disposal if infested. If port can't comply with higher enforcement measures taken. D-98-08 Focussed Enforcement
