Top 2010 Priorities I. Council Members Goal: Further Member engagement by building on current successes. • Continue to expand and solidify geographic reach, including leveraging Member social events, linking to Alumni Association, and coordinating with Development and University calendars. • Expand member role within the university through utilization of new Member database. • Plan and implement next phase of Associate Member development. • Promote more dynamic communication to Council members, including use of web-site, email, and newsletter, creating more frequent interaction between semi-annual meetings.
Membership New Members since April 1, 2009: 9 As of April 7, 2010 Full Council Members: 132 Associate Members: 537
Engagement Statistics • Events have 6 to 20 attendees (except the CWBC Dinners) • 9 Events already held since January 2009 have had over 100 participants, and have been held in various cities. • If you count in CWBC dinners, then the number is over 200 participants. • 10 Events scheduled for 2010

CWBC Database Project Objective: The CWBC is creating an Inventory of Skills Database that captures the collective wisdom of the CWBC members in areas of deep skills, life experiences and passions. This tool will serve as a resource for all members to exchange ideas, share strategies to address personal and professional challenges and to engage with each other in a way that transcends geographic boundaries.
