極地. 作者 : 游乃華 6528. 環境氣候特徵. 1. 世界上氣溫最低的地方： 南極大陸的日照強度頗大，但是因太陽輻射能量中約有百分之八十被雪白的冰雪反射掉，又加上大陸標高較高所以即使在最暖月，海岸地帶平均氣溫仍為攝氏 0℃ 左右，內陸地帶更低到攝氏零下二十至三十度；在最冷月，海岸地帶平均氣溫降為攝氏零下二十至三十度，內陸地帶降為攝氏零下四十到七十左右。
