Two thirds of all plots are done in NRS without a partner • Employee safety status verified every 2 hours – successful more than 90% • Search and Rescue is initiated after 4 hours since last interim check in – average fewer than 2 SAR efforts/year • Dispatch duty is a shared responsibility for all field employees including Field Supervisors and the Group Leader. • Primary dispatcher – 75% • Field employees as dispatcher – 25% • Supervisors every Friday
