  1. What Are Dermal Fillers Anyway? Dermal Fillers are cosmetic injectables used to diminish facial lines and restore volume and fullness to the face. The most popular type are hyaluronic acid fillers. Hyaluronic acid is a natural sugar found in all living cells and is a major component of the skin’s connective tissue.
