You have so many questions in your mind, so many concerns, and so many things to consider, And as it is a big decision to make, you surely have to think a lot before making a purchase. There are several concerns to keep in mind while you are buying a condo. Is there anything specific that you do not like about the place or the environment? Or is there something you like the most about the environment? You need to keep these things in mind.

Some questions to ask include: how long does it take for units to sell in the building you're considering vs. others in your area? If it's priced below market value, find out why, and be okay with those reasons before going forward.

  7. Research the neighborhood – Before you move into the condo, do not forget to research the neighborhood. Learn what the daily routine of the place is, or what is happening around that area. Know these things properly before making a decision.
