  11. Get Started • Start Eclipse, Go to File -> New -> Project.... • Select the project in the Package Explorer view. Go to Project -> Properties. • Click on "Java Build Path" on the left-hand side of the dialog box and on the right-hand side and click on the "Libraries" tab. • Click on "Add External JARs..." and locate jfreechart-1.0.13.jar and jcommon-1.0.13.jar. Click on OK when done.
