  3. Course Evaluation: حسب توزيع اجمالى درجات المقرر • The course grade is 100 divided into: • Attendance: (5) • Presentations: (10) • Research(5) • Mid-term exam (A daily project): (20) • Final evaluation: (60) • Total = 100

  4. Course Objectives --اكساب الطالب القدرة على التعامل مع العملية التعاقدية مع العميل والتنفيذي والقدرة على كيفية كتابة المواصفات والتكلفة الكلية واعطاء الطالب الثقة فى الجوانب الفعلية للتنفيذية التعاقدات

  5. Course Description =دراسةالمواصفات وكيفية تحرير العقود المختلفة للعمليات التصميمية والتنفيذية والتكاليف فى التصميم الداخلى والاعتبارات الاساسية فى العملية التنفيذية مع كيفية تحديد التكلفة الاساسية للمشروع المطلوب عمل لة التصميم او التنفيذ اوالاشراف

Design contract agreement between: • Mr. / Said the Egyptian army u -108 - Alexandria • .............................................................................................................. • First Party • Mr. / interior designer / AA -14 diabetes Liberty St. - Alexandria • ................................................................................................................ • Second party • Parties agreed on the following: / • First: the second party developed designs for the villa décor king of the first party and the army based in Alexandria, St., 108 (all in interior design • Second: After the approval and adoption fees for these designs, the first party of the second party status Somme Altfsalih and executive for this design (clear and accurate so that hunger does not allow it) • Third, these designs are delivered and duties of the Executive and the book Almoasfat in a period not exceeding forty five days from the signing of this contract • Fourth: The Second Party shall pay the amount of 500 (five hundred Egyptian pounds just do not) for what came to items earlier paid as follows 50% upon signing the contract 25% when adopting designs from the first party 25% upon receipt of the first party of the designs and drawings of the Executive and write specifications • Fifth: The Courts of First Instance of Alexandria: - Given the dispute between the parties • Six: free contract Astelmanma Two sides to work with them when necessary
