  1. How to Synchronize Mailboxes (folders) IMAP

  2. Outlook Note: Your IMAP Account exists ‘outside’ of your Inbox

  3. You can have multiple IMAP accounts

  4. Connect to your IMAP Account File | Connect to IMAP Account

  5. Select “IMAP Folders” by either ‘Right Clicking’ on the Inbox The right click is the other clicker 

  6. Note: Outlook refers to IMAP Mailboxes as IMAP Folders IMAP Mailboxes = IMAP Folders

  7. …or, Using the Tools Menu and then selecting IMAP Folders Tools | IMAP Folders

  8. Select Query

  9. Select Query

  10. Query Results indicate all the IMAP Mailboxes on server

  11. Note…when you “Unsubscribe” the Icon disappears

  12. Select Apply

  13. All the IMAP Folders (Mailboxes) you ‘Subscribed’ to Appear

  14. Click on the Folder you want to ‘synchronize’ and you will see the messages in our IMAP Mailbox
