The Coe Lake Project invites 3rd and 5th graders from Berea City School District to participate in a specialized science program aligned with BCSD and Ohio’s 2015 Revised Science Content Standards. This initiative aims to improve students' overall achievement in science while deepening their understanding of environmental concepts and promoting stewardship of both local and global ecosystems through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Classes include Earth Science, Environmental Science, Hydrology, and Life Science, covering topics such as energy, lunar phases, and food chains.

The Purpose of this Class: To enhance the overall achievement in science subjects while fostering a deeper understanding of environmental concepts for local and global environmental stewardship by providing authentic hands on learning experiences that are aligned with the BCSD and the 2015 Revised Ohio Science Content Standards.
