Mapping Scripting Languages for Radiology and Health Data Integration

This project explores the integration of multiple scripting languages, including SQL and Perl, to enhance data mapping across health informatics systems. The current focus is on two grids, HSDB and STIRs (Radiology), which are deployed on caGRID. DBRD and COHRI operate on the SHRINE platform, while QSN, now known as HOMERUN, is available on both. The aim is to streamline data access and improve interoperability among various health data infrastructures, facilitating better clinical decision-making and research opportunities.
