  7. A Diverse Group of People • Our community includes people with a wide range of experiences, backgrounds and perspectives. • We are individuals and families, traditional and non-traditional. • We understand our diversity as a particular gift of God in the life of our community. • We welcome the gifts that each new person may bring to the life of the community.
