April release 4/9/2018 Major changes • FRAP will be retired • New workflows to support processing of sponsored financial deliverables • Enhancements to support subrecipient monitoring process Bug fixes • Tool-tips on “Edit GL” buttons from the account list screen fixed • Fixed a bug where selecting “Revise to resubmit” was navigating to an error page, but still creating the request • Fixed a bug preventing a request that contains a sub from being deleted unless the sub has been deleted first • Action memo fixed to properly display pending subagreement amounts • Fixed an issue with pre-conversion person look-up when the name includes an apostrophe • Fixed a sorting issue with the post-conversion person look-up
FIRST project next steps • We will hold several department outreach sessions in March to gather department feedback and thoughts • Possible topics: • Compliance checklist • Final figure process • If you are interested in participating, please let us know.
Setting priorities • We are in the process of working with our steering committees to determine the next set of GMAS priorities after the FIRST project. • More details about the future roadmap will be shared soon.
