In this project, I delve into the world of O.A.R., short for “Of A Revolution,” a popular college rock and jam band. Known for their fun, uplifting music, O.A.R. has been a significant part of my life. This project combines skills learned in class, such as web design and organization, allowing me to express my passion for the band. Throughout the process, I faced challenges as a MAC user navigating Dreamweaver, managing time efficiently, and organizing multiple tasks. Yet, I emerged with newfound knowledge about O.A.R. and web page design.

  2. Why O.A.R.? • O.A.R. stands for “Of A Revolution” • Commonly known as a “College Rock Band” • Also known as a “Jam Band” • O.A.R. is my favorite band • I picked them because they are fun and it was interesting to put together a project about them.

  3. Objectives • Doing projects and building websites will help me later in life. • Put together all the tools and skills that I learned in class and incorporate them within my final project. • Show my passion for O.A.R.

  4. Problems I Encountered • Being a MAC user and having problems using Dreamweaver instead of Sharepoint Designer. • Managing my time efficiently enough to be able to complete the project. • Having a lot of different things going on and trying to keep them all organized.

  5. What I Learned • A lot more about O.A.R. than I had previously known. • That keeping a webpage organized can be very difficult. • How to work around problems that come up and find alternatives.
