  2. Datos clínicos • Paciente femenino de 33 años de edad con presencia de petequias, equimosis, gingivorragia y dolor óseo progresivo.

Datos de laboratorio • Eritrocitos= 2.5 x 106/µL • Hemoglobina= 7.2 g/dL • Leucocitos= 21.3 x 103/µL • Plaquetas= 22 x 103/µL • Leucocitosis severa a expensas de serie mieloide. • Mieloperoxidasa intensamente positivo. • TP y TTP aumentados, fibrinógeno disminuido. • CD13+, CD33+, CD34-, CD45+ • Imagenes de sangre periférica teñida con Wright. Más del 65% de las células de serie blanca corresponden a las mostradas.

  4. CUESTIONARIO • Es común la presencia de: • Coagulación intravascular diseminada. • Anillos de Cabot. • Células con bastones de Auer. • a y c son correctas. • Ninguna de las anteriores.

  5. CUESTIONARIO • Citogenética más común. • t(8;21) • t(15;17) • inv(16) • t(9;11q23) • Ninguna de las anteriores.
