A Matter of Timing • When do I begin? • Contact Angie Draheim (ardraheim@smcm.edu) to arrange • a printing appointment*** [SMP students: Angie will distribute a google doc signup sheet via email during the FA & SP semesters], and • a review appointment*** at least two days in advance of your print date. Please allow ½ hr. For the review your PPT file should be completed as if ready to print.
Reviewing your poster before you meet with Angie….time well spent
Presentation Tidbits • Provide an explicit take home message. • Look professional. • Do not wander away from your poster during your assigned presentation time! • Don’t rely on your mentor to answer questions, especially about data analysis.
