  2. MySQL Server Database • MySQL Server Connector • File Generate Database • Aplikasi Sistem Informasi KehadiranKehadiran. Petunjuk Instalasi Software Aplikasi di Kanwil atau KPPN Pastikan bahwa anda memiliki CD Sistem Informasi Kehadiran (IDP-Handkey) Didalam CD terdapat sebuah Folder SIK DEPKEU yang berisi beberpa buah aplikasi yang harus anda install. Aplikasi yang harus anda Install adalah : • Masukkan CD Sistem Informasi Kehadiran • Setelah itu install MySQL Server Pilih dan double Click mysql-essential-5.1.12-beta-win32.msi

  3. ikuti langkah berikut Next Click tombol Typical Next Pilih option dan click

  4. Click Install Tunggu sampai proses instalasi Mysql Server berjalan sampai selesai

  5. Setelah selesai Skip Sign-UP Next Pilih dan click tombol • Terakhir Selesai install MySQL Server

  6. SQL Akan melakukan Konfigurasi Next Click tombol Detailed Configuration Next Pilih option click tombol

  7. Pada Instance Configuration pilih option dan click Developer Machine Next Pilih option dan click Next Multifunctional Database

  8. Click Next Pada form ini Click tombol Next

  9. Next Click tombol Next Click tombol

  10. Pada form ini check mark Include Bin Directory in Windows PATH √ Masukkan password nya depkeu jika anda tidak memasukkan password ini maka sistem tidak akan jalan. Kemudian click tombol Next

  11. Tunggu beberapa menit, sampai muncul form dibawah ini Execute Click tombol Finish Click untuk menandakan bahwa proses instalasi MySQL Server selesai

  12. Langkah berikutnya adalah install ODBC Connector dengan memilih file mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.4-win32.msi pada CD Next Click tombol Typical Next Pilih option dan click

  13. Setelah proses di atas program selesai Click tombol Install

  14. SELESAI • Generate Data ke Database Jalankan file bernama exec.bat pada CD Biarkan proses berlanjut dan akan tampak pada layar dibawah ini

  15. Proses selanjutnya adalah mengisi data Reference seperti Kantor, Unit kerja dan jabatan pada unit kerja dimasukan kedalam database Tunggu sampai windows command tertutup yang menandakan bahwa proses generate data telah selesai

  16. Install Aplikasi Sistem Informasi kehadiran Double click Setup Next Click tombol Click tombol Install

  17. Setelah proses diatas program selesai Finish Click tombol

  18. Jalankan program Aplikasi Sistem informasi Akademis Jika muncul seperti ini, click OK menandakan bahwa service Mysql belum start Buka service komputer anda sehingga muncul gambar dengan cara: Click Start  Run Tulis services.msc Akan muncul gambar dibawah ini

  19. Start Service Cari Service Name : MySQL Click button Kemudian jalankan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kehadiran akan muncul form seperti dibawah ini

  20. Ketikkan : Password : depkeu Nama Database ganti Menjadi northern seperti gambar dibawah ini Cat: password dan nama Database huruf kecil semua Pilih Tab FTP Server

  21. Ganti nama username anda menjadi depkeu (nama ini bebas) Ganti IP Address : 172.162.2.115 (IP ini harus : 172.162.2.115) Simpan Click tombol Jalankan aplikasi
