Enhancing Collaborative Learner Tracking in Staffordshire’s Educational Landscape

This initiative focuses on improving the tracking and collaboration among 55 high schools and 7 colleges in Staffordshire. Over the past six years, a comprehensive approach has been developed to enhance learner engagement, attendance, and performance through innovative systems. The Collaborative Learning Management (CLM) Solution offers web-based accessibility for all partners, enables real-time reporting, and simplifies attendance tracking. This project acknowledges the complexities of a multi-provider educational environment and aims to broaden opportunities for learners while addressing key challenges in performance tracking and intervention.
