  1. Homework: Friday 28th September Red/Green: Write your own ‘ If I Had Fins’ poem, using powerful imagery and metaphors. Read the poem and adopt the same pattern and style. Blue:/Orange Add 4 extra verses to Pie Corbett’s poem. Try to think of some great imaginative description. Don’t describe things as they really are, but try to create a powerful, unusual description. No boring adjectives please; remember what we have talked about this week in your space paragraphs. Write something beautiful, and enjoy creating your own unique piece of poetry.
