Training and Certification Standards Opportunities

This presentation led by Ms. Mayte Medina of the Chief Maritime Personnel Qualifications Division discusses the critical aspects of maritime personnel training and certification standards.   7. IMO STCW Convention requirements • Issue – Requirements for a Quality Standard System (QSS) applicable to course providers • ASTM Standard • Model QSS applicable to small institutions
