  2. Go to desktop icon of software on your system… Select the icon of genius.

  3. Procedure Go to the properties then open it. Click On the properties option then open this.

  4. Procedure Then click on the option compatibility and open it. Click on compatibility option.

  5. Procedure there is a potion compatibility mode then click on the check box option(run this program for the compatibility mode) Click on the check box .and tick the option

  6. Procedurewhen you click on the drop down box select the option (window 7) for the solution of print preview error . Select the option (window 7) Which gives you the solution of print preview error
