5. The psychometric tests should be reliable and valid. Reliability is concerned with how accurate or precise a test score is. This means the test should provide consistent result or scores even when repeated conducted on the same person. Validity is concerned with what the test score actually measures. For e.g. the IQ test should only measures criteria related to it and not about personality or attitude.
