Flexible composite material • These serial products are made of two-layer or three-layer flexible laminate, these serial product including 6520/6521(pet film with fish paper), DMD(Dacron/Mylar/Dacron), NMN(Nomex/Mylar/Nomex), NHN(Nomex/Kapton/Nomex), impregnated DMD etc. which can be used as slot, interturn and liner insulation material for E-H class electric motors and other electric appliances. Insulation paper • Presspan/press paper board is made from 100% superior sulfate insulating wood pulp.This product has high chemical purity, excellent elongation, good mechanical and dielectric Strength.It can be used for oil-immersed transformers, capacitors, reactors and switches. • Specification:Thickness: 0.05mm-0.5mm, 0.5mm-4mmSize: press paper (1000mm width by roll), press board(1000mm*2000mm by sheet).Color:natural brown, cyan, red • serial product including DDP, Crepe pape, crepe paper tube and corrugated paper etc.

E-glass sleevings • Fiberglass sleeving coated with different resins eg. polyvinyl chloride resin, Acrylic resin, Siliconerubber, silicone resin etc.These products have good qualities of dielectric,chemical resistance,excellent softness and elasticity.It can be as wiring insulation and mechanical protection for electric motor, electric instrument and other other electric devices.Inner Diameter: 0.5mm-30mmLength:1000mm ±20mm-10mm,Continuous length can be made as request.BDV: 2KV ,2.5KV ,4KV ,7KV color:Special color can be provided on request.Packaging :100 meters per roll or one meter per piece.

Woven binding tapes • Non-alkal fiberglass tape is made of the non-alkali glass fiber yarns ,the main component is E-glass, oxidation sodium, for which the content of oxidation of alkali metals is no more than 0.5%. • This product has good thermal resistance, excellent insulating, corrosion resistance.It can be used for wrapping and banding material for transformers, electric motors and cables.Thickness: 0.08mm-0.32mmNormal width: 12mm-50mm Length: 25m, 50m or 100m per roll • PVC tape is made with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the backing material which can resist high voltage and high temperature.Thickness: 0.11mm ,0.13mm ,0.15mm ,0.18mmNormal width: 19mm Length per roll: 10m Color: red ,black ,blue ,yellow • These serial products also including pure cotton tape and heating shrinking tape

Varnished glass coth/tape • Our serial products including: 2210 Oil varnished silk, 2432-Alkyd varnished glass fabric, 2440-Polyester varnished glass cloth and 2450-Silicone varnished glass cloth . • This product has excellent dielectric, mechanical property and good oil resistance. • It can be used as liner and wrapping insulation for electric motors and electric appliances. • ﹡ Specification:Thickness: 0.06mm-0.25mm Width: 900-1500mm by roll, strips can provided.

Impregnated fiberglass binding tape • Impregnated fiberglass binding tape consists of treated, unidirectional,continuose,twisted or untwisted E-glass yarns twisted preimpregnated with a special thermosetting resin. • This kind of product has high tensile strength, high modulus and shocks resistance,elasticity, dimensional stability.It can be widely used as ideal banding materials for electrical motors,transformers and lightning arresters. • Thickness: 0.17mm ,0.20mm ,0.30mm Width: 10mm ,15mm ,20mm ,25mm ,30mm ,50mm Packaging: 100 or 200meters per roll • 2830-Polyester resin impregnated Fiberglass binding tape , 2840-Epoxy resin impregnated Fiberglass binding tape , 2843W-Epoxy resin impregnated Fiberglass binding tape and 2850W-Epoxy resin impregnated Fiberglass binding tape included.

Rigid laminated sheets/rod/tube • 3240-Epoxy Glass cloth Laminated Sheet with high mechanical and electrical properties, it can be applied to generators, motors and electrical appliances as insulating structural parts and used in transformer oil and humid environment.It is Class F(155℃) insulating material.This product has higher mechanical property, water and heatresistance, stable dielectric property after soaking.It is used as insulating structural parts for electric machine and apparatus equipments. Thickness: 0.2mm-120mm Size:980×1980mm ,1020×2040mm ,1020×2070mmG10 sheets, FR4 sheet can be provided. • 3025-Phenolic cotton cloth Laminated Sheet is made of layers cotton cloth impregnated phenolic resin by processing under heat and pressure.It is Class E(120℃) insulating material.This product has higher mechanical property,oil resistanceand dielectric property.It can be used as electrical structural material with low electric property.Thickness: 0.5mm-120mm Size:980×1980mm ,1020×2040mm ,1020×2070mm • 3021 Phenolic Paper Laminated Sheet , Rod and Tube Fabric Laminated can be provided as per your requirements.

  12. Film products • 6021-Polyester film is biaxially oriented polyethelene terephthalate (PET) film, it is a milky white film. Transparent color can be provided.It is Class E(120℃) insulating material.This product has good dielectrical and high mechanical properties.It can be as as slot, interphase and liner insulation for coils and cables, as well as producing insulating flexible compositematerial.Thickness: 0.025mm-0.35mmWidth: 1000mm by rolls,strips • 6051 Polyimide film is synthesized by polymerizing PMDA and ODA in strong polar solvents through the process of forming film and imine treatment at high temperature.It is Class H(180℃) insulating material.This product has excellent physical,chemical,electricalproperties, atomic radiation resistant,solvent resistant, low & high temperature resistant,It performs successfully in the wide range of temperature as low as -452F(-269℃) and as high as +500F(+260℃).Because of its unique excellent properties.It is the most ideal choice in many applications.This product can be used in flexible printed circuits and as insulating materials of flat electric cables, electromagnetic wires and motors.
