This document presents the blended learning materials developed under the EU-funded Phare project MERI/NCDTVET-PIU. It outlines three primary learning models: skill-oriented, attitude-oriented, and competence-oriented. The blended learning approach combines classroom and online methods to foster effective teaching and learning. By integrating flexible learning strategies with instructor support, this initiative aims to enhance vocational education and training (TVET) in Europe, addressing diverse learning needs and promoting better knowledge retention.
