Course Description • Through various topics in tourism, such as before going abroad, airports and airlines, hotels, restaurants and attractions etc., this course will give instructions in mostly English in order to improve students’ listening, reading, and speaking abilities and skills. Students are encouraged to perform interactive conversation in the topics listed above. They are also expected to learn how to response to a custom’s questions or requests in English.
Teaching Methods • Students are asked to read the textbook and/or references of the topic for each week before coming to the class. Lectures will be mainly undertaken by English conversation and discussion on the topics.

Grading • Grades are determined from your attendance (20%), Midterm Exam (30%), Final Exam (30%) and performance of Q&A (20%) during the classes.
