  5. Practical issues for House Reirinck • Sleeping gear available • Bring your own towels • Smoking only outside!! (not in rooms, old building!) • No e-mail or internet available (simulate Siberian situation) • Can not bring your own beer and wine • Sleeping rooms are for sleeping: no social events • Every sleeping room one key • More keys for entering Herberg and Farmhouse Centre for Geo-information

Food and drinks • Breakfast, lunch and dinner included • Breakfast from 8:00, possibility to prepare field lunch • Dinner at 18:30: starter, main dish (2 options), dessert • Monday: zigeunerschnitzel (pig) or scholfilet (fish) • Tuesday: duitse biefstuk (beef) or kipschnitzel (chicken) • Wednesday: varkenslapje (pig) or kabeljauwfilet (fish) • Thursday: barbeque • Vegetarian or halal food or diet requirements • Own contribution of 40 euro • Drinks separate at own costs • Beer and wine only from Reirinck + different soft drinks • Drinking list Centre for Geo-information

Working in the field • Field day from 9:00 till 17:30 • Remember we are guests in the Achterhoek! • Field owners have not been directly informed • Use information sheet to inform field owners or other interested persons • Measurements along the road and at edge of fields possible • For measurements within fields better to contact owner • Back up of data from PDA or laptop is responsibility of group (e.g., USB stick) • Bring your own laptop to work on project Centre for Geo-information
