You could include the following… • What you eat and drink for the different meals of the day • What sports and exercises you do and how often • What you used to do regarding sports and fitness • What you will do to keep healthy • Advice to others to keep healthy • What to do if you are unwell

How do I submit my work? • You can submit your workin different ways: • 1) By email to your teacher • Miss Berry Martha.Berry@futureschoolstrust.com • 2) If done on paper, make sure you write your name and form on it. • 3) If you can’t access your email, save it onto a memory stick and give it to your teacher
