  3. The Truth Project Join us for a startling discovery of a Christian world­view called, The Truth Project. This small group based curriculum will cover postmodern thought from a biblical perspective with Truth. You will be amazed at how subtle some philosophies are and you will learn how to combat them from a Christian perspective.We begin on Wednesday, September 15th at 6:30pm in LE-201.

  4. ONE One Purpose. One Body. One Weekend. Do you want your student to be part of something bigger than them? Then make sure they are registered for ONE. Sat. Sept 18, 9am -Sun Sept 19, 12:30pm The Lodge 6th -12th grade Students will connect with their Life Groups through crazy & competitive rec games, mission projects, amazing worship, late night parties, and sleeping over at host homes!   5. Outreach for the Summer Be the face and voice of CFBC by taking part in CFBC’s Outreach. Join us in the FLC-Lobby at 5:00pm. Pick up your packet and go make someone feel welcome. The Outreach dates remaining are: Today, August: 29. Come and be a part of this exciting ministry.

  6. Men’s Prayer Breakfast Join us every Friday from 6:30–7:15am for our Men’s Prayer Breakfast. Breakfast will be available. The theme will be “Connecting men with men and with God”.   7. Monday Evening Precept Study Come join us for an exciting study of the book of Jeremiah, a message that can bring healing and hope to all. This study meets Monday evenings, starting September 13th, 6:30 – 8:30pm in KB-100, and is open to everyone senior high youth thru senior adult. Sign up on the church website or contact David Miller at 281.989.7474. Cost for the workbook is $21. Childcare is available.

  8. True North Outfitters True North Outfitters are hosting a hunting season warm up skeet shoot at Carter’s Country on September 5th. We’ll shoot, trap and skeet from 4-6pm, as well as enjoy some friendly conversations and competition. Our first Base Camp of the season will be September 16th in our new room - FL.102.

  9. Men’s Ministry Breakfast Calling all men to come enjoy breakfast and get a snapshot of what’s available to the men of CFBC at our Men’s Ministry Breakfast, September 11th at 8:30am. You’ll hear about men’s small groups, Men’s Fraternity, the Men’s prayer breakfast, serving opportunities, outdoor ministry and much more. Carve out a little time for a maximum impact.
