  3. The Law Is +AND- • What you SHOULD NOT do… • What you SHOULD do… • The Law of God encompasses BOTH of these ideas!! • The Bible’s commands cannot be read correctly until and unless this is fully understood!!

God’s Law Pushed Aside • We live in a world of suffering, pain and death because God’s law has been pushed aside. • Satan rebelled against it and claimed it was an onerous yoke that deprived intelligent beings of reaching their fullest potential. • This is to be a lesson to the whole universe about sin and its terrible results. • Satan’s hatred of the law will end up proving forever that God’s law is holy, just and good.

  5. A Question Of Origins… • Where did the Law originate? • Before Sinai? • At Sinai? • After Sinai? • What did Jesus Say about the Law? • What did the Apostles say about the law? YOU CANNOT OBEY SOMEONE UNLESS THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU SHOULD DO!!!

  16. The Truth About God’s Law • It existed before God spoke it at Sinai. All the patriarchs lived their lives by it. • Jesus knew it, expounded the true meaning of it, and KEPT it Himself all during His life. John 14:15, 21, 23-24 • All the Apostles knew and kept it. Romans 13:9 • It is immutable; it has never changed because God never changes!! Malachi 3:6
