Survey Results on Methods to Combat Violence and Discrimination at School

An anonymous survey was conducted to assess the methods used by teachers in Warcz to address violence and discrimination in schools. The survey covered various strategies including providing knowledge, promoting otherness, conflict resolution skills, personal development support, working with students and parents, setting rules, and implementing consequence systems. The most commonly used methods included providing personal patterns and school rules, while the most effective methods were practicing conflict resolution skills and educating on violence and discrimination. The survey results highlighted the importance of implementing a comprehensive approach to tackle these issues in educational settings.
