Evergreen has been Blessed. • Campaign Gifts • Gifts/Commitments: $1,150,000 • Over 300 individuals • 75-100 new donors • Many new 10/52 families • Grace Portland Loan Generosity • Renewed Energy • Over 100 Volunteers • Hundreds of campus visitors • Buzzing Social Network of friends and alumni – 3,500/wk • Several hundred expected at the dedication weekend

Key Dates • June 23rd I’ll tell you in a minute.  • June 29th We get the keys! • July 18th Obligation to pay LCEF $900,000 • July 20th Move In Day • August 3rd Campus ready, recruitment continues • August 4th Association Meeting at the Campus • September 3rd School Begins! • September 6-8th Celebration weekend

We have spoken to: • WELS CEF “No Bridge Loans; No high school permanent financing at this time.” • LACE “No Bridge Loans; Long term financing capped at $2.7M (at this time); 1st Position capital loan for $100k possible” • LCEF “We would like the $900k as promised. We have missions waiting on this money” • Various individuals, but no loan commitments

  8. Your Help as Leaders Speak to your congregations and key individuals. We ask this on or before June 23rd. • Communicate need, Encourage gifts: • On the WEB: http://Give.ELHS.org • Email us: Donations@ELHS.org • Speak to Gary or Stan • 300 Gifts is a blessing. However, many, many from your congregations have not made a commitment. We prayerfully and boldly ask for these gifts now. • Help identify potential lenders: • Able to transfer investments for 2-3 year investment • Preferably loans for $50,000 or Greater • Interest rates to be determined, but expected to be favorable to market Requesting gifts by 7/1, closing on loan opportunities by 7/10.
