  24. State Emergency Response Plan(SERP) • Plan has been selected as one of four anchor states to assist with Intrastate Mutual Aid Systems of the IAFC • We provide Technical Advisors nation-wide to assist states and tribal nations develop plans • Recognized as mature proven plan
