Altération de la sensibilité • Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA-S)- échelle sensorielle • Largement utilisé pour évaluer différents aspects de la conditions physiques des individus post-AVC • Contient 12 items (4 sur toucher léger et 8 sur sens de la position) à 3 points chaque • Bonne fidélité inter-évaluateur (ICC=0,93) • Bonne consistance interne (α-Cronbach = 0.94-0.98) • Effet plafond présent (44,4% des sujets) • Bonne fidélité intra-évaluateur (r Pearson = 0,98-0,99) • Faible validité (Spearman= 0.29-0.53) • Faible responsiveness
